We're happy to offer free shipping within the United States on all orders, no minimum purchase required. All orders will process within 2-4 business days and shipped via standard USPS delivery. If an order is expected to take longer than usual due to stone availability you will be notified immediately and given the option to cancel your order, however delays should never be longer than 2 weeks.
Returns:
We want you to absolutely love your piece, if for any reason you're not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact me directly at jenelle@crownedcliffside.com with your order number. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued to your original payment.
